This All Metal Self Locking Flange Nut is a one-piece hex locknut with the addition of an integrated disc spring washer. The locking feature is achieved by the two de-pitched self locking slots found on the turret section.
These reusable components host a high resistance to temperature and can be used in volatile environments with temperatures ranging between -200 degree and 400 degree , depending on the material and finish.
Manufactured from 304 / A2 Stainless Steel, 316 / A4 Stainless Steel, and Steel grades 8 & 10. All Metal Self Locking Flange Nuts can also be supplied in non-standard materials such as Brass, Bronze, and Titanium.
Available at Fastenright in thread sizes M4 to M24, with UNC / UNF / BSF / BSW threads also available on request.
